In preparation for our Christmas Concerts this week, we ask that parents review the attached letter and reminders below. All concerts are being held at BME. BME Holiday Concert.pdf
Concert Day for students with ONLY last names A-K: Wednesday, December 17th
Concert Day for students with ONLY last names L – Z: Thursday, December 18th
- Afternoon concerts start at 12:45 pm
- Evening concerts at 5:30 pm – as we have limited space, we ask that the evening concert spaces are held for immediate family members
- Doors will open approximately 20 minutes before – both the Main Entrance and the Primary Front doors will be open
- Parents are asked to drop off their child at their child's inside classroom door
- At the end of the concert, parents are asked to pick up their child from the same spot (inside classroom door)
- We encourage all students to bring a water bottle with them to the school for the evening concert
- We anticipate each concert will run approximately 1 hour in length
Regular school hours (8:30 – 2:30) will be held on both Wednesday and Thursday. For the evening concert, students are asked to arrive with their parents 20 minutes before the concerts begin (students will not be able to stay at the school from 2:30 until the concert as there will not be supervision – only students registered with the YMCA program will be on site).
